Ordered this wifi adapter for my vehicle (Hyundai Palisade) when I found out that Carplay would not work via Bluetooth. Instead, in only worked when plugged into the USB port.In unboxing the adapter, I found that the adapter itself is a relatively small, stylish rectangle. It also comes with a USB-A cable and a USB-C cable. The adapter itself is small enough that I will (eventually) be able to velcro it to some location near the port so it is permanently out of the way. In the meantime, it's unobtrusive enough just laying near the wireless charging area.Pros:- Very easy to set up. As soon as you turn it on, it connects to your car's infotainment system and starts looking to pair to your phone. One 4 digit code later and you're good to go.- Minimal lag between using the screen or steering wheel buttons and getting the phone to respond. Note: this is an issue with all of these adapters so don't expect a lag free experience. However, the KAMING device responded every time and usually quickly enough that the lag wasn't noticeable unless you were actively looking for it.- Works great for navigation - I was able to use Apple Maps, Waze, and Google Maps through this device.- Works well for music (see Cons below for more info) - able to use my Apple Music account as well as both Spotify and Pandora with minimal effort.- Siri controls are responsive through steering wheel buttons and voice activation.Cons:- So, the biggest issue I've had with this adapter is that it sometimes forgets how to play music. Most of the time this isn't an issue. I start the car, the phone and adapter connect and I'm good to go. However, it seems that during short stops (where I turn off the car for a short period), I cannot cast any music from my phone to my car's infotainment system. Disconnecting the adapter from the car and plugging it back in after 10-15 seconds causes the adapter to "reboot" and reconnect with full functionality.- There can be a delay in the time it takes for everything to start working. Most of the time, the adapter, phone, and car sync up quickly (less than 30 seconds). However, there have been times where it has taken up to 5 minutes or so for them to get on the same page.All in all, a very good Carplay adapter with some quirks regarding playing music and the delay in connecting.
